Insurance:  2% of the total price, not including shipping cost

It’s option. The insurance is run by DD-Anne.

If package is lost during shipment,

without insurance	refund up to $60
with insurance	refund full payment or send a new package to you (not including limited or out of stock items).

When can we know if package is lost?

In normal condition, the package will arrive in 7-15 days.

If you don’t get them in 15 days, please contact me.

I will initiate a package trace.

It will take at most one month to know the status of the package.

On the other words, if we don’t get reply from post office one month after trace, the package will be treated as lost.

Then, I will refund to you.
